This world-class resort features studio, two and three bedroom units with designer interiors. Studio units feature a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, whirlpool tubs and glass-enclosed showers. Two and three bedroom units include a washer/dryer, whirlpool tubs and private balconies. Non-smoking units are available. Special amenities at the resort include a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck, two gas grills and more. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for total rental time. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. Cleaning fees collected at check-in are Studio/Hotel for USD 58.54, USD 70.25 for 1 bedroom, USD 111.22 for 2 bedroom, USD 128.78 for 3 bedroom and USD 146.34 for 4 bedroom units. Check-in-3pm, check-out-10am. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for total rental time. No singles under 25 w/o guardian. When the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box, using an adjacent phone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes. Beautiful Miramar Beach, part of the quieter side of Destin, offers a vacation oasis on the Florida coast. While Miramar Beach enjoys its place as a more subdued part of the area, it remains close to golf courses, great shopping, and fun activities for the kids.
