Check-in address is located at our office at 11125 US Highway 98 West, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Cleaning fees collected at check-in are Studio/Hotel for USD 58.54, USD 70.25 for 1 bedroom, USD 111.22 for 2 bedroom, USD 128.78 for 3 bedroom and USD 146.34 for 4 bedroom units. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Highway 98 West. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If arriving after hours please contact the resort at 888-909-6807 for further direction. The ResortQuest Ariel Dunes condos are located on beautiful Miramar Beach. Though part of the quieter side of Destin, Ariel Dunes is close to the area golf courses, places to shop, and fun activities for the kids.
